How the released app handles information.
This policy also applies to the released version 1.0.1, which retains the offline data practices described below.

Stack Em! version 1.0 is an offline puzzle game published by JMM Technologies LLC. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or in-app purchases.
Information we collect
JMM Technologies does not collect personal information through Stack Em! version 1.0. The app does not transmit gameplay data to JMM Technologies or to third-party services.
Information stored on your device
Stack Em! stores game preferences and progress, such as settings, score, experience, and selected theme, locally on your device using Apple platform storage. This information is not sent to JMM Technologies. Removing the app may remove this locally stored information.
Children's privacy
Because version 1.0 does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If a future version adds online services, advertising, analytics, or other data practices, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
